Regenesis came to us with ambitious growth goals. They wanted to increase traffic, boost event counts, and drive more clicks. The aim was clear: improve visibility in search, particularly by growing their number of ranking keywords and pushing more of them onto page one – but this wasn’t a simple task.
The niche is dominated by high-authority competitors offering medical information on similar topics. Regenesis had great expertise, but their content wasn’t structured well and wasn’t competing effectively. The site also needed a stronger tracking setup, better content alignment, and sharper technical SEO to support long-term results.
We started with a full audit of Regenesis’s site. That meant breaking down existing pages, researching competitors, and running thorough our keyword research process to identify opportunities across both local and national search.
The plan was straightforward: fix what wasn’t working, strengthen what was, and build new content that could challenge the market leaders. We worked on restructuring and rewriting content, fixing technical SEO issues, and building authority through high-quality backlinks while cleaning out harmful ones. The goal was to give Regenesis a strong, scalable foundation for both local visibility and national reach.
The first step was extensive keyword research, cross-referenced against competitor structures. We collaborated with the Regenesis team to define the right tone and style for content — professional but approachable, and aligned with medical expertise
From there, we rewrote core pages around commercial keywords and restructured the content to improve flow and relevance. We built supporting content to establish topical authority and created internal marketing funnels that guide users toward conversion actions. We also put a sound tracking setup in place to give the client clear visibility on performance.
On the technical side, we worked with their developers to address site issues identified through our specialist tools. Regenesis was also listed on relevant directories to strengthen local SEO. Combined with new backlinks and ongoing clean-up of harmful ones, this gave the site a much stronger presence.
Regenesis saw a huge turnaround in performance. By restructuring content, fixing technical gaps, and strengthening authority, we pushed them past competitors and into higher-visibility positions. The numbers speak for themselves: traffic, conversions, and visibility all surged.




Google Analytics 4 confirmed the boost in performance. Total users grew from 1,386 to 6,948, a 401% increase, with new users up 403% and returning users up 465%. Event counts jumped by 390%, while key conversion events rose by 31%. Engagement also strengthened, with nearly 29% more engaged sessions per user, showing that visitors are interacting with more of the site.
Search Console data backed this up on the visibility side. Clicks grew from 825 to nearly 4,000 in three months, and impressions scaled from 60K to over 360K. Regenesis is now holding eight top-three rankings and 41 SERP features — up from just one.
The trendline is clear: Regenesis is reaching more people, holding their interest, and driving more conversions, all while climbing steadily in search visibility. They now have both the authority and performance to compete at the highest level in their niche.
Our work with Regenesis is ongoing. The next phase of that work focuses on refreshing underperforming content, continuing keyword research to spot new opportunities, and strengthening authority through link building.
