Recontainers Direct supplies new, refurbished, and reconditioned IBC containers, drums, and fittings across the UK. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and fast delivery, they provide reliable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries.
We started with a full site audit to tackle SEO gaps, then aligned target keywords to each page and refreshed the content. Alongside this, we built strong backlinks, removed harmful ones, and set up tracking through Google tools. The result so far: 83 content updates, 350 new backlinks, and 150+ toxic domains disavowed.

ON-GOING PROJECT
August 2025
The client had just launched a new website for the business and sought our assistance with migrating all of the products and informational content from the old website to the new. They also saw that this was an opportunity to better optimise their existing content for SEO, and asked for our support with that, to drive the business on to the next level.
The first step in our approach was to audit the existing content, assess it for SEO ‘as it was’, identifying any SEO issues that would need to be fixed, and improvements that could be made.
Keyword research using tools like Semrush, Search Atlas and Google Keyword Planner would also be on our radar, as would setting up an appropriate set of ‘key events’ in Google Tag Manager to track user site activity that was particularly important for the client’s business.
Lastly, we’d be setting up tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics so that we could thoroughly monitor SEO performance and site activity, and use that data to inform and refine our strategy moving forward.
First, we performed keyword research and made sure that the right keywords were assigned to the right pages, before beginning to redraft the existing Recontainers content in line with our established SEO principles.
As all of this was ongoing on the ‘onsite SEO’ side of things, the offsite SEO team laid the groundwork for even better results by creating new good-quality backlinks, getting rid of poor-quality backlinks, and looking for opportunities to post content about Recontainers Direct to other sites as guest blogs, etc.
“The team helped us unlock new revenue streams in ways we hadn’t even considered. Their insight and execution were top-tier.”

Again, comparing the results coming from organic search alone over a 28-day period in July & August 2025 with the same period in 2024, we can see that:
These four points show that we now have 10 times the amount of new traffic coming to the website, that a lot more of that traffic chooses to come back to the website, and that while they’re there, visitors are doing a lot more on the site as well.
The partnership between Seek Marketing Partners and Recontainers Direct has been a very productive one so far. The data shows that what we’re doing is working, so we will continue with the plan as it has been so far (writing new onsite and offsite content, optimising existing onsite content, researching keywords, etc.).
We will also be conducting competitor research to see what lessons we can learn from competing sites that are still ahead of us for the keywords we want to rank for, and use that research to inform, adjust and refine our content writing approach going forward. Likewise, we’ll also continue to monitor SEO performance and make adjustments to improve further as we see opportunities to do so.
Every client we serve is unique, but our approach stays grounded in one belief: that marketing is a partnership.
That’s why we bring the best of our talents to every relationship—with clarity, purpose, and the drive to go further than expected.
Partner with a team who sees the big picture—and makes it real.
