The Challenge

The client is a startup company with little to no presence in the online space.


The Strategy

Our goal was to increase awareness for their brand over the internet:

  • Increase initial sales and brand recognition at a calculated cost per sale.
  • To shift focus to scaling when sales have increased.

The Execution

We launched a brand-new PMax campaign that mirrors the original in structure but benefits from a reset algorithm. This included:

  • Created Search & Shopping campaigns.
  • Make a retargeting campaign for users that have interacted with our ads before and capture the potential sales.
  • Once we had the traction we needed, we switched to “Maximise Conversion Value” for scaling the ROI of the account.

With all our effort, we have now established the stage for Omni Pet for scaling into the bigger leagues.

The Results

  • In 2025, Omni Pet LTD has appeared on the show “Dragons Den” and recently acquired these evaluation:
    • Investment Secured: Omni was successful in its pitch, receiving £75,000 from Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett in exchange for 2.5% equity.
    • Investor Interest: Both Meaden and Bartlett were enthusiastic about Omni, aligning with their interests in sustainable businesses and pet nutrition.
    • Company Performance: Omni had experienced significant growth since its launch, achieving over 400% sales growth and serving millions of plant-based meals to pets.
    • Valuation: The investment implied a substantial valuation for the company, considered the highest ever for a pet food business on the show.
  • Outcome: Omni Pet LTD secured investment on “Dragons’ Den,” gaining support from two prominent investors aligned with its mission. The company’s rapid growth and standout valuation reinforced its position as a leading force in sustainable pet nutrition due to having a spring in their platform at the start of their brand journey.
