The website experienced a sharp decline in organic performance, with rankings, traffic, and clicks dropping over a short period. This type of sudden keyword loss pointed to deeper technical or structural issues rather than normal fluctuations, making it critical to quickly identify the root cause before visibility declined further.
At the same time, the recovery window was limited. The site needed a fast, effective response to stabilise performance, restore lost rankings, and regain page one visibility — all while ensuring that underlying technical issues were fully resolved to prevent repeat losses.
The strategy focused on rapid diagnosis and targeted recovery. We conducted a full technical audit alongside a detailed review of keyword performance and historical trends to identify where visibility had been lost and which issues were driving the decline.
From there, the approach centred on restoring keyword alignment, strengthening on-page signals, improving site structure, and rebuilding authority. Every action was prioritised for speed and impact, ensuring the site could recover rankings quickly while establishing a more stable foundation for long-term organic growth.

We resolved broken internal links to improve crawl paths and ensure search engines could properly access and evaluate key pages. Keyword mapping was refined so that each priority term had a clear, optimised landing page aligned with search intent.
On-page optimisation was then strengthened across the site. This included updating title tags and meta descriptions, improving content signals, and adding missing alt text to images to support accessibility and relevance.
Alongside this, backlink analysis was carried out to assess link quality and identify opportunities to strengthen authority. High-quality backlinks were then built to support ranking recovery and reinforce trust signals.
This combination of technical fixes and optimisation created a more stable foundation for search performance to recover quickly.

Organic visibility rebounded strongly, with total keywords increasing from 272 to 996 — a 337% growth. More importantly, rankings improved where it matters most. Page one keywords increased from 42 to 169, representing a 302% increase and significantly improving the site’s ability to capture high-intent traffic.

Traffic and user acquisition followed the same trend. Total users grew from 627 to 1,146, while new users increased from 598 to 1,097, both representing an 83% increase. This shows that visibility gains translated directly into meaningful traffic growth.
Estimated organic traffic also increased from 606 to 2.2K, while traffic value rose from $367 to $1.3K, showing that the campaign improved not just visibility, but the quality and commercial value of the traffic coming through.

Organic activity also strengthened, with key events (conversions) increasing from 539 to 1,065. This highlights that performance recovery was not just about traffic, but about restoring the site’s ability to generate real business outcomes.

Search performance improved substantially. Total clicks increased from 167 to 1,070 – a 541% increase, while impressions rose significantly, showing the site was appearing more consistently across a wider range of searches.

Ranking quality also improved, with average position moving from 11.5 to 9. This shift into stronger ranking positions contributed to higher click-through rates and improved overall search performance.
Overall, the campaign successfully reversed the performance decline and re-established the website as a strong, visible presence in search within a short timeframe.
With performance now recovered, the website is once again generating consistent organic traffic and contributing to business growth. Visibility has stabilised across key search terms, providing a reliable foundation to build on.
