The Challenge

The challenge with Flamingo Everglades is to promote their “Independence Day” offer to the current campaigns for promoting their current deal and for it to not disrupt the current campaign performance.


The Strategy

We want to include the “Independence Day” offer in the ads and not change the algorithm.

  • Asset changes to suit the promotion.
  • Inclusion of the promotion in the ads.
  • Apply the latest google ads technology.
  • Budget adjustments based on campaign performance

The Execution

We implemented:

  • Creation of a new ad extension that features the “Independence Day” offer 
    • 25% Off – Boat Tours
  • Enabling “AI max” to the search campaigns.
    • Flamingo Lodge
    • Activities (Boat Tours)
    • Houseboats
    • Rentals
    • Camping
  • Added a specifically made video asset for showcasing the “Independence Day” promotion.
  • Changing of settings for the Pmax campaign from “Maximise Conversions” to “Maximise Conversion Value” since it now targets the right audience.
  • Budget modifications throughout the month based on their spend.

By mid-August 2025, the account has grown considerably compared to the previous period because of the promotion, capitalising on the new technology, & optimising the campaigns to their potential.

The Results

July – August 2025 Summary:

  • Dramatic Increase in Conversion Value: 82,941.23 (+103.05% compared to previous period).
    • Major contributor for that is the newly configured Houseboats Pmax: 41,745.51 (+96.41% compared to previous learning setting)
  • Massive Growth in ROAS / ROI: 32.26 (+56.73% compared to previous period)
  • Outcome: The account experienced a dramatic surge in conversion value, largely contributed by the newly configured Houseboats Performance Max campaign. This campaign emerged as a key contributor, significantly boosting overall results. Return on ad spend also saw substantial growth, reflecting improved efficiency and stronger alignment between targeting and user intent. These outcomes underscore the impact of strategic reconfiguration and leveraging promotions and the latest ads technology.
