European Tech Recruit is an established player in the tech staffing industry, but they needed to strengthen their digital visibility in an extremely competitive niche. The goals were to increase clicks, improve average keyword positions, boost page one rankings, and drive more conversions.
The challenge was that design and structure changes to the website weren’t possible. That meant our work had to focus on content, technical SEO, and authority-building without touching the layout itself.
We started with a full audit to understand how well existing copy matched user intent, and this was paired with keyword research to assess current rankings and identify new opportunities. The plan combined optimising and rewriting existing content, producing new blogs and pillar pieces, and tackling technical SEO issues.
At the same time, we built a portfolio of good-quality backlinks, carried out competitor research, and explored directories and off-site marketing to strengthen the brand’s authority and reach.
Our team delivered a complete SEO audit and identified content and technical issues that needed fixing. Content was rewritten to be clearer and more user-focused, while new blog content was created to support main service pages and improve topical authority.
Backlink building and directory listings helped grow domain authority, while off-site content marketing boosted referral traffic. Every step was designed to overcome the restrictions of the website structure and still drive measurable growth.
We’ve been working with Seek Marketing Partners since January 2025. Our keyword rankings have dramatically increased during that time and the overall health of our website has also really improved. Their support team is really helpful and responsive to queries, and the tracking system they use that allows us to see and review all content creation gives excellent visibility. We’re really pleased with the service so far and about to start working with them on one of our sister company websites. We’d definitely recommend them.

European Tech Recruit’s goals for the project included increased clicks and conversions, and an improved keyword ranking situation. The data below will show you how we’ve performed against those targets up to September 2025.
Goal 1: Increased clicks
A quick win to start with – as you can see from the screenshot below, we have earned more clicks over the last three months than were earned in the three months prior. So, goal achieved!

Goal 2: Increased conversions
Another win to report here – the important metric in the screenshot below is ‘Key Events’, and as you can see, there’s been a big improvement, as it has improved by over 2000% during the project.

Goal 3: More (and better) keyword rankings
Comparing the screenshots below, one obvious thing to note is that the client’s overall number of keyword rankings has dropped since the project started. This goes against one of our stated goals, but we are still confident that the client is in a better overall position now than they were at project start. The reason for this is that while we haven’t (yet) achieved ‘more keywords’, we have been improving the position of the rankings we have, as follows:


The campaign is ongoing, and next steps include optimising pages that are slipping in rankings, applying GEO optimisations to blogs, and building stronger local SEO signals. Continuous backlink development and close collaboration between European Tech Recruit and Seek Marketing Partners will keep driving visibility and growth for the client in a competitive recruitment market.
