The Challenge

Dorot Gardens had recently undergone a product rebrand, but their website still reflected the old design and structure. The layout was outdated and didn’t highlight their full product range or match their refreshed brand identity. One of the biggest challenges was that the site lacked clarity and optimization, especially on product pages, which impacted conversions. Their recipe section was also difficult to navigate, limiting engagement with their audience. To help them reach a wider market and improve customer experience, we committed to delivering a modern, high-performance site that would showcase their brand and be easy to manage moving forward.

The Strategy

Our strategy was straightforward: we aimed to combine visual appeal with performance and usability. We started by designing a cleaner, modern layout that aligned with Dorot Gardens’ updated branding, securing client approval before development. From there, we built new page structures and product templates focused on driving conversions. To enhance engagement, we introduced intuitive recipe search and filtering features that made browsing easier and more enjoyable. The site was developed with speed and reliability in mind, using a high-performance tech stack.

We used WordPress as the CMS, Gatsby for front-end scalability, Adobe XD for design prototyping, and deployed everything via Netlify for seamless hosting.

The Execution

We delivered the project in structured phases, working closely with Dorot Gardens at every step. We began with design planning, finalizing layouts, typography, and a color palette that aligned with their rebrand. From there, we built a fully custom site using WordPress for the backend and Gatsby for the front end, ensuring both visual impact and performance. We migrated all products and recipes with precision, preserving formatting and SEO value. To support ongoing content updates, we implemented a stable publishing workflow that allowed the team to make changes without downtime. We also integrated custom lead generation forms, feeding directly into the client’s follow-up process to support growth.
