CMR Electrical Ltd. already had an established website with solid rankings across many keywords. The challenge here wasn’t starting from scratch, but building on that foundation to push performance further.
The goals were clear: drive more traffic, increase event counts, and secure higher conversion numbers. At the same time, the aim was to expand the overall keyword footprint, win more page one positions, and improve the average ranking of terms already in play. On top of that, growing total clicks would be a key performance indicator, one that showed if the site’s visibility was translating into real user engagement.
We began with a full review of CMR’s existing site to understand where improvements could be made on an already established platform. This included auditing page performance, identifying technical gaps, and running competitor research to see how others in the industry were attracting traffic.
Keyword research was central to the plan, helping us find new opportunities while strengthening the terms CMR already ranked for. From there, we set out to rewrite and refine existing pages, create fresh content to cover gaps in our SEO coverage, and expand the site’s reach.
To build long-term authority, we tackled technical SEO issues, strengthened internal structure, and developed a backlink strategy focused on trusted, high-quality sources. Together, these steps were designed to raise visibility, grow keyword positions, and generate more conversions from a stronger base.
We carried out detailed keyword research, looking not only at search demand but also at competitor terms that could strengthen CMR’s positioning. Using this insight, we rewrote the main page copy to better align with user intent, making the content clear, direct, and easy to navigate.
Alongside this, we worked with CMR to identify their most important products and optimised those pages to target the most valuable search traffic. We also listed the site on relevant directories to improve visibility and carried out off-site content marketing to boost referral traffic.
On the technical side, we used our specialist tools to uncover site issues and collaborated with the development team to fix them. This work ensured that the website was not only optimised for search but also structured in a way that supports growth and long-term performance.
CMR Electrical Ltd achieved strong growth across all key metrics. Keyword performance improved significantly, with total ranking keywords climbing from 1,491 to 1,548 and page one positions continuing to grow. The site also gained 167 SERP features and secured 24 top-three keyword rankings, showing much stronger visibility in competitive searches.


From Google Analytics, traffic and engagement showed clear gains. Total users increased by 106%, rising from 1,692 to 3,485, with new users up 103% and returning users up 85%. Event counts almost doubled to 24,072, and key conversions grew by 29%, reaching 680. While average engagement time dipped slightly, overall user activity and conversions showed meaningful growth.

Search Console showed how much progress CMR made in search visibility. Clicks reached 3.74K, and impressions grew from 258K to 355K, giving the brand a wider reach across its services. Average position improved from 29.8 to 25.1, moving more keywords into stronger ranking brackets. While CTR dropped slightly, the gain in overall visibility shows that CMR is appearing more often for relevant searches and building a broader presence in its niche.
