The Challenge

Beast Pharm had an established e-commerce presence but lacked traction on TikTok. Despite a strong brand identity, there was no TikTok Ads structure in place — and a significant portion of their core demographic (ages 18–34, interested in fitness and athletic wear) was untapped on the platform.

Their budget was limited, and they needed a lean, performance-driven strategy that could quickly validate TikTok as a profitable channel.


The Strategy

We focused on two key growth paths: TikTok Shop and Website Conversion campaigns.

Our approach included:

  • Segmenting campaigns by product category: supplements vs. apparel
  • Creating platform-native video assets optimised for performance
  • Running A/B tests across product types and conversion goals
  • Monitoring ROAS closely to identify scalable winners
  • Allocating spend to the best-performing campaigns

Campaigns were launched with a test-and-learn mindset for the month of June, with rapid pivots based on performance.

The Execution

We implemented:

  • Multiple conversion-focused TikTok campaigns promoting both supplements and apparel
  • Creative production tailored for TikTok trends and audience behavior
  • Website conversion campaign for athletic apparel that quickly showed strong results
  • Tight daily monitoring and reallocation of budget to top-performing ad sets

By July, the data clearly favored the apparel website conversion campaign, which achieved a ROAS of 6.10, outperforming TikTok Shop and supplement campaigns.

With a strict £1,000/month budget, we funneled all remaining spend toward the proven winner to maximise returns.

The Results

June – July 2025 Summary:

  • Channel Established: TikTok Ads launched from scratch
  • Winning Campaign Identified: Apparel Website Conversions
  • ROAS (Top Campaign): 6.10
  • Unique Purchase Rate: 6.50%
  • Followers: +120

Despite being a new platform for the brand, we proved TikTok’s potential and achieved significant early wins

What's Next

We’re now preparing to expand Beast Pharm’s TikTok presence through:

  • Retargeting campaigns for engaged viewers and site visitors
  • Promotion of high-margin supplement SKUs
  • Scaling creative testing to further improve performance
  • Invest a small budget in brand awareness campaign to drive consistent follower engagement and build a loyal customer base. 

The focus is on sustaining ROAS while gradually increasing budget and audience reach.
